The Transportation and Communications Infrastructure Committee has three representatives from each partner. This Committee will review research material, consult with key stakeholders and report back to the Strategic Partnership Council with recommendations about how to advance this project through 2011. The Strategic Partnership Secretariat will provide research and other support to the Transportation and Communications Infrastructure Committee. The Committee will report back to the Council.

Taking into account the recommendations of the Transportation and Communications Infrastructure Committee, the SPC will then determine the Goal and Objectives for the Transportation and Communications Infrastructure project for the rest of 2009, 2010 and 2011.

The Business Representatives on the Transporation and Communications Infrastructure Committee are Nancy Healey, St. John's Board of Trade; Carol-Ann Gilliard, Hospitality Newfoundland and Labrador; and Bill Stirling, Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters.
